starting from the delivery date. Warranty starts automatically, no registration is required.
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects. The following are exempt Damage caused by accident or improper use unauthorized repair normal violations due to wear and tear Straps and accessories. All of our models always use new blueprint because we always have new product designs so the spare parts are not interchangeable. We will only keep the spare parts each model for 1 year after the product launch. We can exchange a new product for you only provided you notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving the product. This does not include damage caused by the actions of the customer. and the product must not be used in any way. We have a strict policy, after 7 days you receive you will be covered by a 12 months warranty policy for spare part & repair. Products can no longer be replaced. And we don’t have a refund policy.

Customers need to send details of the damaged watch for us to consider. Whether it is a clear photo or video, the error is clearly visible. Since international service involves a lot of work, after we have received the warranty claim information from the customer, if we analyze that the product needs to be returned to the manufacturer, there will be conditions. The customer must pay all shipping & tax fees for warranty work including all import and export taxes Including the replacement of the product under the conditions of 7 days after receiving the product.. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs after your product has been taken care of. At this stage, there will be a high cost and time consuming and risk of multiple rounds of cargo travel. If we can avoid this step, We will supply you with spare parts so that you can hand over the spare parts to your local technician to fix the problem. We will only have spare parts for the first year after launch. At this stage, we will be responsible for the cost of spare parts and delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of the technician in your area. So please check with your local technician first. If some minor problems Maybe you need to do it yourself. We will support and assist you.
